No. The whole flow is self-service from upload to live scan. Support is available in English and Filipino whenever you want it, but nothing waits on a team.
A QR code has to sit on your design and looks like a code. With zobAR, the artwork itself is the trigger, so your layout stays clean. You still get a QR code and scan link to use online or as a backup.

Your file is checked automatically for sharpness before it goes live. If a design is too blurry or too repetitive to be recognized well, you’ll be told and given a fix before you print anything.
Your activation can be used across multiple copies of the same approved artwork. Scan analytics depend on your plan. If you expect high-volume usage, contact us so we can recommend the right setup.

Yes. Any recent phone with a camera and a browser can open the experience. The person scanning installs nothing.
You can use your phone’s regular camera, as long as the video is clear. No special app or professional equipment is required.

For best results, make sure the video is well-lit and the footage is clear. If your video includes audio, make sure the sound is clear as well.
