Welcome to zobar.ph (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of our Site and any purchases made through it. We operate as an online-only business and do not maintain a physical retail store. By using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We may contact you via email, SMS, phone, or chat regarding order verification, delivery, and support concerns.

3) Product Information and Availability

Product details (descriptions, photos, sizes, and prices) are provided as accurately as possible. Colors may vary due to lighting or screen settings. Availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities per order.

4) Pricing and Errors

Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or listings. If an error affects your order, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the corrected details or cancel for a full reversal of the paid amount (if already paid).

5) Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Orders are considered accepted once we confirm the order and/or ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as suspected fraud, incorrect/incomplete information, non-payment, stock issues, or violation of these Terms.

6) Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including shipping fees. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers; their terms may apply.

7) Shipping and Delivery

We ship via third-party couriers to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, remote areas, address issues, or events beyond our control.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and an active contact number. Additional costs due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, rerouting, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the buyer.

Proof of Delivery: Delivery is considered completed based on courier tracking updates and/or proof of delivery.

8) Online-Only Operations

As an online-only business, we do not offer over-the-counter transactions, walk-in exchanges, or in-person pickups unless explicitly stated on the Site for a specific promotion or arrangement. All requests for returns, exchanges, and support must be done through our online channels.

9) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. By ordering from us, you agree to the policy’s timelines, requirements, and process.

Unboxing Video Requirement: A continuous unboxing video (no cuts/edits) is required for concerns involving missing items, incorrect items, or shipping damage. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

Please refer to the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy on the Site for eligibility, steps, shipping responsibilities, and limitations. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Return Policy, the Return Policy will govern for return-related matters.

10) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Vouchers

Promotions and discount codes may have separate rules and validity periods. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

All Site content (logos, product photos, graphics, text, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
