Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

zobAR currently ships within the Philippines only. We aim to deliver high-quality, creative T-shirts designed and manually crafted—quickly and efficiently.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time: Estimated shipping times vary based on location:

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 5-10 business days

Courier Partners: We work with trusted shipping services like J&T, LBC, and Ninja Van for reliable deliveries.

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Payment Methods

zobAR accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • GCash & Bank Transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected locations. COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Failure to pay for multiple COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after 12 hours.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at [your email/contact form].

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if the item meets the following conditions:
✅ Defective, misprinted, or damaged items upon arrival.
✅ Wrong size or incorrect item received.

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged due to customer handling

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, return the item to our provided address.
  4. We will process a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, zobAR will cover the shipping fee.
  • If returning for an exchange (e.g., size issue), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Custom & Limited Edition Designs

Some of our products, especially custom and limited edition designs, are made-to-order and non-refundable unless defective. Please double-check all details before placing an order.
