Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For any concern related to delivery (missing item/s, incorrect item/s, or shipping damage), a continuous unboxing video is required. The video must show the package being opened from start to finish with no edits or cuts. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed.
Request Period
All return or exchange requests must be filed within 7 days from the date your order is delivered/received. Requests made after this period will be declined.
When Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted
We typically approve returns or exchanges only for the following:
- Items with verified manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items sent by our team
We may also consider size exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability and approval.
Return Eligibility (Condition Checklist)
Items must be returned in resale-ready condition. To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused: not worn, not washed, and not altered
- Complete with original tags attached
- Returned with original packaging and all inclusions/freebies (if any)
- Accompanied by the receipt/order confirmation or proof of purchase
- Free of stains, scent/fragrance, and any signs of use
Returns will be refused if the item is used, washed, altered, damaged, incomplete, or no longer in a condition suitable for resale. We reserve the right to assess and decide whether the returned item meets these requirements.
Shipping Fees
All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are shouldered by the buyer, including the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to File a Return/Exchange (Returns Center)
- Submit a request through our Returns Center and wait for confirmation. Requests are reviewed within approximately 2–3 days. Parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- After approval, you will receive instructions and a return address via email. Please ship the item back within 2–3 days from approval. If the item is not shipped within this period, the request may be canceled.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee of the replacement.
Non-Compliance
Requests that do not follow the steps and requirements above may be canceled automatically, as items that fail inspection cannot be resold.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Returns are not accepted for sale/discounted items and gift cards.
